AccuAlign Lifter Full (3 D) Self Aligning Modular Mold Undercut Release System is the simplest most advanced method for creating undercuts. AccuAlign lifter uses a fully articulating carbide ball adaptor
and socket that continually self aligns to any angle and position of the ejector stroke.
Tri Lock Mold Interlock Alignment System utilizes: combined Straight, Taper and Rollers for ultimate precision guidance and locking. The HT or High Temp version for medical and high mold temperatures for molding materials such as silicone and engineering resins, i.e. peek.
AccuAlign Insert Locks and Float-Retainer allows pocket inserts to have a controlled float while maintaining precision location on final lock up for ultimate protection of precision close offs within the core and cavity blocks.
AccuVent precision vent inserts utilize a controlled vent gap with tapered slots to provide self cleaning and are tested to an evacuation rate in cubic centimeters per second.
